Lodgex
Started as a single Airbnb listing in my renovated first home. Now it's a full-service property management company for out-of-state owners across Indianapolis.
I bought my first house in 2018. When I bought a second in late 2023, I renovated the first and launched it on Airbnb in June 2024. Earned SuperHost status in our first eligible quarter, and other owners started reaching out. By May 2025 we took on our first client property. My fiancée handles guest communications; I handle owner relations, financials, pricing, and growth.
Lodgex PMS
I started building this because the property management software I was using at Lodgex was overpriced and overcomplicated. Lodgex PMS is what I wished existed: affordable, modern, built for landlords with 1 to 100+ units. Free tier up to 5 units.
Includes online rent collection via ACH (Plaid + Dwolla), tenant and owner portals, maintenance tracking, lease management, and financial reporting. Built solo with VS Code, Vercel, Clerk, Supabase, and Resend. Currently in founding members stage.
Bracket Legends
A side project for sports fans who want bracket-style competitions year-round, not just during March Madness. Now live.
Create a prediction challenge, pick winners across every matchup, and climb live leaderboards against friends. Multi-sport — baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and more. Group stage points + knockout brackets with dynamic scoring. Built solo while running Lodgex and GXO. Free forever, no credit card.
